I was good at it. But somewhere between the boardrooms and the data sets, I started asking whether efficiency was enough of an ambition.
“What if the same data, the same systems thinking, the same strategic rigor was turned toward the people those organizations never reached?”
That question didn't leave me. It became inste^d. It became two books. It became the work I do now.
More than two decades spent helping organizations navigate transformation, scale growth, and close the gap between strategy and execution. Today, those same lessons are being applied to a broader mission: expanding opportunity through technology, economic development, and new thinking about Africa's future.
